Exfoliating the skin involves removing dead cells. On average, the skin naturally regenerates its cells once a month. However, over time, this process slows down, and dead cells remain on the surface of the skin, preventing the development of new ones. 

It is necessary to exfoliate your skin at least once a week. In the following lines you will find some simple, convenient and effective recipes for skin hydration and regeneration.

Pass a carrot in a blender, mix the juice with a moisturizer, then apply it on your hands, feet and face. You can do this before you take a bath. At the end, rinse with plenty of water.

Exfoliating the elbows with lemon

Cut a lemon in half and massage the juice into the skin on the elbows. Leave it on for a few minutes, then remove it with baby oil.

Aspirin

Mix 2 tablespoons of grape oil, 7 grams of corn flour and 4 drops of lemon juice until you get a homogeneous paste. Apply it on the hips and muscles in a circular motion. In addition to exfoliating the skin, this mixture also helps reduce cellulite.

Oat

Mix 3 tablespoons of ground oatmeal with 1/4 tablespoon of milk. Put a few pieces of cotton wool in the mixture, then take them out. Cotton wool will make it thicker. Use it as a face mask.

Clay

Mix green, red or white clay with a little mineral water until you get a homogeneous paste. Apply it on the body, let it sit for 10 minutes, then wash off with plenty of water.

Coffee helps to exfoliate the skin. Add a little coffee in a moisturizer, mix and apply it all over your body, massage, then wash off with plenty of water.

Sodium bicarbonate

This is an extremely simple recipe. Mix a little baking soda with water to get a thick paste, then apply it all over your body.

Banana

Banana is recommended for exfoliating the skin

The banana recipe is recommended for oily skin. Put in the blender a ripe banana, 3 tablespoons of sugar and a quarter of a tablespoon of vanilla essence. Massage the mixture all over the body, from bottom to top in circular motions.

Coconut oil and brown sugar

Put half a cup of coconut oil and half a cup of brown sugar in a bowl. Massage your whole body with this mixture, then rinse with warm water.
